NakedTCHOPSTIX Coming to Hoosier Park
Hoosier Park Racing and Casino will soon offer another exciting dining venue. NakedTCHOPSTIX will be opening a new location in June at the Anderson, Ind. racetrack and casino, providing guests with pan-Asian cuisine.
NakedTCHOPSTIX features an extensive menu, offering Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Southeast Asian dishes made from homemade ingredients. They prepare classic Asian favorites, as well as more eclectic choices for those looking for something a little different. From the freshest Sashimi, flown in directly from Hawaii, to their renowned sushi rolls, nakedTCHOPSTIX will be an exotic addition to Hoosier Park Racing and Casino.
“We are very happy to bring nakedTCHOPSTIX to Hoosier Park, as it will add affordable international cuisine to our assortment of dining options,” said Director of Food and Beverage Rudy McMillan. “We are excited about the prospect of bringing the best sushi in Indianapolis to Anderson.”
Naked TCHOPSTIX will join Johnny Rockets and the Pegasus Lounge in Hoosier Park’s Terrace area. Other year-round choices for dining at Hoosier Park include the Prime Harvest Buffet, Homestretch Steakhouse, Homestretch Clubhouse Restaurant, and The Big Deli. During live racing, Pizza Hut Express and the Trackside Grille provide race fans and gamers with grab and go dining.
Serving the Indianapolis area since 2003, nakedTCHOPSTIX has two locations in Indianapolis with restaurants in Broad Ripple and on 96th street near Keystone Avenue. Under the direction of owners David & Maggie Lee, the operation elaborates on the traditional definitions and expectations of Asian cuisine to surprise, excite, and satisfy the senses.
