Second Annual Community Connections Fair Offered
Hoosier Park Racing and Casino will offer area businesses the opportunity to showcase their services and products at the second annual Community Connections Fair Monday, Nov. 9 and Tuesday, Nov. 10. The fair will be held on the lower level of the grandstand at the facility from noon until 8 p.m. on Monday and 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Tuesday. Cost for the event is $100 for booth space.
“Our Community Connections Fair gives businesses in the Madison, Marion, Hamilton, and Delaware county areas a fantastic opportunity to show off their goods and services to Hoosier Park’s employees,” said Marsanne Wandel, training manager for Hoosier Park. “The main goal is for vendors and businesses to offer exclusive and on-going Hoosier Park specials and/or discounts that are not available to the general public.”
Booth space includes a draped six-foot table. Vendors and businesses are asked to have a representative available at the booth at all times during the fair. Set-up for the fair is scheduled from 8 until 9 a.m. the day of the event. Businesses are encouraged to bring giveaways, coupons, or information pertaining to the services they offer at their individual facilities.
All registration forms must be submitted no later than Monday, Nov. 2 by 5 p.m. Space is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis. More information regarding the Community Connections Fair can be obtained by calling (765) 609-4536.
